You can close your Remitly account by using our app or website. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your profile in the Remitly app or website.
- If you’re in the app, select Manage. If you’re on the website, open the menu at the top right where your name appears and choose Settings.
- In the app, select Profile. On the web, select Profile Information.
On the website, click your name in the top-right corner and choose Settings. - Scroll down and select Close My Profile.
- Read the details, select the checkbox to confirm you understand, and then select Close My Profile to finish up.
