Steps to Call Colombia:
1. Dial the outgoing code for international calls 001:
Before dialing the Colombian number, you need to dial the international exit code for your country. This code is unique for each nation and is used to indicate that you are making an international call. For example, if you are calling from the United States, the international code is 011.
2. Enter the country code of Colombia 57:
After the international exit code, you must dial the country code specific to Colombia. The country code for Colombia is +57. So far, your dialing will look like this: 011 (US exit code) + 57 (Colombia country code), 011 57.
3. Add the number 60 and the city code (if necessary):
If you are calling a specific city such as Bogota, Medellin, Barranquilla, Cali, Santa Marta, Armenia or any other, check the area code of the city and add it after the country code and 60. For example, the area code for Bogota is +1. Your dialed number will be 011 57 601
